‘Ein Andersen Kaleisoskop’

This unique illustrated biography written by Heinz Günnewig was published in 2005 to commemorate the 200th birthday of Hans Christian Andersen, the famous Danish creator of many classic fairy tales.
The particularity of this book is that it can be read starting from two sides. It has a “black part” that contains seven chapters recounting Andersen’s life. By fliping the book, you can begin with the “white part”, which focuses on Andersen’s work featuring and analizing seven of his most famous fairy tales.
